Full Body Workout Whilst Stuck At Home

I’ve out together a full body workout that you can do at home to keep yourselves fit and healthy whilst we are all stuck at home.

Warm up

Start by stretching and a minute of high knee running.


  • Leg raise - 4 sets of 10 reps ( lay down on back, slowly raise the legs together And back down)

  • Lay down push up - 4 sets of 10 reps (regular push up but when you reach the floor put your arms out then repeat the push up)

  • Squats - Until it hurts

  • Star jumps - 1 minute

  • Donkey kicks - 25 each leg (all fours, raise one leg with foot flexed)

  • Russian twist - 4 sets 10 reps (sit down, legs raised 90 degrees, twist your arms side to side whilst tending your core)

  • Flutter kicks - 30 seconds (lay down on back, extend legs in the air and alternatively move your feet up and down above each other)

  • Jump Squats - until it hurts

  • Glute bridges (lay on back, legs bent, push up your hips, clench your bum)

  • Plank - As long as possible

Cool down

  • Ab stretch ( lay on front and push upper body up )

  • Cat cow stretch ( all fours, arch and then flex the back)

  • Quad stretch ( lift up each leg alternatively and hold at the back)

  • Shoulder stretch
